What GuniyaZed is

GuniyaZed is a business app for carpenters and small furniture workshops in India. This website offers free calculators, a waitlist for the app, and an optional account where you can save your estimates.

Free beta

The product is in free beta. There is no payment system running yet, and nothing on this site can charge you. Everything available today is free to use.

The prices shown on the pricing page describe what we plan to charge later. They are not a bill and not a commitment you are entering into now. If and when paid plans start, we will say so clearly before anything is charged.

Estimates, not guaranteed figures

This is the most important thing on this page. The calculators produce estimates to plan and quote with. They are not guaranteed quantities or guaranteed costs.

The defaults built into them are industry-standard starting points, not verified workshop figures. What you actually consume on a job will vary with your material, your wastage, your machine, your method, and your local rates.

Check the numbers against your own experience before you order material or commit to a price with a client. A quote you send is your quote, not ours — you are responsible for what you agree with your customer.

GST features help you arrive at the figures on a quotation. They are not tax advice. Whether you must register for GST, what you must charge, and how you file returns depends on your own circumstances — that is between you and your accountant.

Your account

If you create an account, please:

• Give accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep your password to yourself — anyone who has it can reach your saved work.
• Tell us if you think someone else has got into your account.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or remove an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.

Fair use

Use the site for your own carpentry and furniture business. Please do not:

• Use it for anything unlawful.
• Attack, overload, or try to break into the site or the accounts of other users.
• Scrape the site or resell access to it as your own service.
• Upload other people's personal information without their consent.

Your work stays yours

The estimates and quotes you create are yours. We do not claim ownership of them. We store them only so that we can show them back to you in your account, and you can delete them whenever you want.

Availability

This is a beta product under active development. Features can change, move, or be removed, and the site can go down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose. Do not treat this site as the only copy of critical business information.

Liability

The site and the calculators are provided as they are, free of charge, during this beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that follow from relying on an estimate, from the site being unavailable, or from work you agreed with a client on the basis of a figure produced here.

Nothing here removes any right you have that cannot be removed by agreement under Indian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows — particularly when paid plans begin. The date at the top will change when they do, and significant changes will be pointed out on the site rather than slipped in.
